Pure Scandi Fit Bootcamp is proudly owned and run by Sanna Jepson since January 2019. The bootcamps are run during school terms (between 10-12 weeks each) and the classes are held in Chartwell. Our mission is to help people find healthier and happier you through fitness and health.

The sessions are designed for all fitness levels and ages and are run in a supportive group environment that will have you feeling fitter, stronger and more confident on the inside and out. There’s nothing better than the support, motivation and accountability of training with a group of people, who are all working towards similar goals.

What is the 28 days program all about?

-28 days of unlimited bootcamps… if bootcamps are not your thing you will get workout program that you can do anywhere in a short amount of time to maximise fat loss
-Nutrition coaching, meal plan and recipe books to kick start your healthy eating and regain control of your eating (note most cases eat more… this is not a eating plan where you cant eat…)
-Goal settings and mind set to create new habits and stick to them
-Coach and private VIP Group to support you and keep you accountable and motivated
